Resolve the chronic issue of manifold warping and broken mounting bolts on the 3.5L EcoBoost engine with the BD Diesel Upgraded Exhaust Manifold Kit. These manifolds are engineered with a robust, thicker design using high-silicon ductile iron to withstand extreme thermal cycles without distorting. To further prevent fastener failure, BD Diesel added two additional mounting holes per manifold and utilizes 15mm longer extended studs and spacers to better accommodate thermal expansion.

Beyond durability, these manifolds provide a 16% increase in flow capability over the factory units, improving engine efficiency. This kit is 50-state emissions legal (CARB EO No. D-553-27) and includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a complete installation.
