Address the common failure point of factory Ford 6.7L manifolds with the BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit. These heavy-duty replacements are engineered using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and cast from high-silicon ductile iron with 0.275-inch thick walls—75% thicker than stock—to resist cracking and warping under extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). To further improve thermal durability, the kit includes longer exhaust studs and thick black oxide-coated spacers that allow for necessary thermal expansion.

The manifolds feature gasket-matched exhaust ports and thicker machined bolting flanges for a secure, leak-free seal. Each manifold is finished in a high-temperature POR 15 black coating for lasting corrosion resistance. This kit is fully EGR compatible, 50-state emissions legal, and includes all necessary gaskets for a complete installation.
