Fits select 2001-2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD/3500, Suburban 2500, Avalanche 2500, and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500, Yukon XL 2500 (8.1L).
Gibson Performance Headers are dyno-tuned to maximize low-to-mid range torque and horsepower, making them an ideal upgrade for towing, heavy-duty hauling, and highway performance. Engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for restrictive factory manifolds, these headers maintain compatibility with your stock crossover pipe and OEM-style connections. The mandrel-bent 16-gauge 409L stainless steel tubing ensures smooth exhaust flow and long-term durability in harsh environments.
Each header features heavy-duty 3/8-inch thick laser-cut port flanges to prevent warping and exhaust leaks. Designed for a straightforward installation with no welding required, this kit includes premium gaskets and all necessary hardware to complete the job. These headers are 50-state street legal, meeting both EPA and CARB requirements, and are backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
