These headers are constructed from 1-3/4 inch mandrel-bent 409 series stainless steel to ensure unrestricted flow and durability. The design features JBA’s patented Firecone® merged collectors, which utilize a race-proven design to smooth exhaust pulses and improve scavenging. To prevent leaks and warping, the 3/8-inch thick one-piece flanges are CNC laser-cut for a precision fit against the cylinder head.
