Designed with 1-7/8" primary tubes, this system provides the optimal diameter for high-flow requirements in both naturally aspirated and supercharged 6.2L applications. Every header is built from 304 stainless steel using CNC mandrel bending for uniform diameter and TIG welding for long-term structural integrity.

This kit ensures a precise fit with port-matched flanges that create a seamless transition from the cylinder head into the primary tubes. To maintain high flow while managing emissions, the system features 200-cell high-flow catalytic converters and an integrated X-pipe for improved exhaust scavenging. Stainless Works has also included specialized valve delete plates that allow you to mount the factory valve motors, effectively preventing AFM error codes on the dashboard after installation.
