Improve the exhaust scavenging and durability of your LS2-powered SUV with this Stainless Works header and Y-pipe system. These headers are engineered with 1-3/4-inch primaries and 2-1/2-inch slip-fit collectors to optimize flow from the 6.0L engine. The system includes catted leads designed to mate directly to the factory connection point for a clean installation.
Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, every tube is CNC mandrel-bent to maintain consistent diameter and prevent restriction. To ensure long-term performance under high heat, the kit features CNC-cut 3/8-inch thick flanges and is fully TIG welded and back purged for superior joint strength. Made in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty.
