The Fleece Performance Freedom Series cylinder head for the LB7 6.6L Duramax solves one of the engine's most common maintenance headaches: leaking injector cups. This cylinder head features a cupless injector bore design, completely eliminating the need for injector cups. This design choice prevents future coolant leaks into the fuel system or cylinders, saving you time and money during both installation and long-term operation.

Each head is assembled from a brand-new aluminum casting in the Freedom Racing Engine shop. They are meticulously inspected and equipped with all-new components, including valves, guides, and seals. Every head undergoes a CNC-cut, multi-angle valve job and precision grinding to ensure a perfect 45-degree valve angle for optimal sealing. Before shipping, each unit is pressure and leak tested to guarantee it meets or exceeds factory specifications for daily driving or heavy towing.
