The Fleece Performance Freedom Series HD Cylinder Head is engineered from the ground up to address the common failure points of factory 6.0L Powerstroke castings. Unlike standard remanufactured heads, these units utilize a proprietary higher tensile strength alloy casting with increased wall thickness in critical areas. This added material ensures superior durability under high-stress conditions and provides a long-lasting solution for your diesel engine.

For maximum combustion sealing, these heads feature a unique single-piece hoop style O-ring, eliminating the seams found in traditional stainless wire setups. The valve train is further enhanced with American-made, extreme-duty tungsten alloy valve seats, offering significantly higher wear resistance and stability compared to OEM components.
