DEI Form-A-Shield Heat Barrier - 42in x 48in - Non-Adhesive - 10516

DEI Form-A-Shield (10516) provides a specialized direct-contact thermal barrier for extreme-heat environments. Constructed from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a high-temperature 1/4-inch basalt thermal mat, this barrier is designed to withstand direct heat of up to 1400°F. Because this version features no adhesive backing (Non-PSA), it can be applied directly to high-heat surfaces that would otherwise compromise adhesive bonds, such as exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings, and downpipes.
