Fits 1989-1993 Dodge D250 and D350 Base models (5.9L).
Replace leaking or corroded factory heater tubes with this upgraded Fleece Performance kit. Engineered for durability, this kit features corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubes and high-temperature silicone hoses to replace the entire line from the engine block to the firewall. This setup is designed as a direct replacement for 12V Cummins trucks originally equipped with air conditioning.
The kit includes anodized billet aluminum hold-down clamps and a billet standoff to ensure secure mounting. It is compatible with both stock and most aftermarket exhaust manifolds; for aftermarket manifolds, an additional mounting bracket is provided to replace the rear heater line standoff.

- Silicone heater hose, 90-degree (replaces Cummins 3957649)

Note: Trucks without air conditioning will require a separate ID hose to connect the firewall ports to the stainless heater lines. Silicone hoses may require minor trimming depending on specific engine modifications.
