The Vibrant Performance Braided Flex Hose is a high-quality plumbing solution designed for demanding automotive environments. This hose features a two-tone nylon braided outer cover that provides excellent abrasion resistance while protecting the reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner. It is an ideal choice for plumbing oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum systems where flexibility and durability are required.
While this CPE-lined hose is compatible with E85 and methanol, be aware that fuel vapors can permeate the liner if the vehicle sits for long periods; for dedicated E85 applications, a PTFE-lined hose is often preferred. Note that this hose is not suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems, such as brake lines, nor is it rated for in-tank submersion.
