The Vibrant Performance -12 AN Black Nylon Braided Flex Hose (MPN 12002) provides a versatile and lightweight plumbing solution for automotive fluid systems. Engineered with a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber inner liner and a high-strength nylon braided cover, this hose offers excellent abrasion resistance while remaining more flexible than traditional stainless steel options.
- Applications: Designed for oil, water, fuel, coolant, and vacuum service. Compatible with E85 and methanol, though PTFE hose is recommended for extended storage to prevent fuel permeation.
- Temperature Range: Operating limits from -40°F to 300°F (-40°C to 150°C).
- Construction: Black nylon braided cover over a reinforced CPE synthetic rubber liner.
- Specifications: -12 AN size with a 0.68-inch (17.27mm) inner diameter.
- Limitations: Not for use in braking systems or high-pressure hydraulic lines. Not recommended for in-tank submersion applications.
