NGK Iridium IX spark plugs (TR6IX) are engineered for performance enthusiasts seeking improved throttle response, superior anti-fouling, and high-efficiency ignition. The 0.6mm fine-wire iridium center electrode provides a consistent spark while maintaining a melting point significantly higher than platinum, making it ideal for the high-heat environments found in modern and modified engines. The tapered cut ground electrode reduces quenching and improves starting and idling stability.
