NGK Laser Iridium High Ignitability spark plugs are engineered to provide the ultimate combination of performance, efficiency, and longevity for modern OE applications. Featuring an iridium-tipped fine-wire center electrode and a platinum-tipped ground electrode, these plugs ensure consistent ignition and even wear in high-demand distributorless ignition systems. The center electrode material is six times harder than platinum, providing extreme durability against spark erosion.
Technical reliability is supported by a 98 percent pure copper core and high-grade alumina silicate ceramic insulators, which facilitate superior heat transfer and prevent the plug from overheating during high-load operation. These plugs come pre-plated with trivalent metal to provide excellent anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties, ensuring they remain easy to remove at the end of their service life.
