NGK Laser Platinum spark plugs (PFR7G-11S) are precision-engineered to provide high ignitability and an extended service life compared to standard nickel components. These plugs feature a laser-welded platinum disc on the center electrode and a platinum pad on the ground electrode, ensuring even wear and stable performance in distributorless ignition systems (DIS). The 98% pure copper core maximizes heat dissipation to prevent pre-ignition, while the high-grade pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator provides superior dielectric strength and thermal transfer.
Engineered for OE-specific applications, these plugs feature trivalent metal plating for superior anti-corrosion and anti-seizing properties, making them reliable for long-term use without the need for additional anti-seize during installation.
