The Banks Power 25990 Boost Tube System replaces restrictive factory left and right side boost tubes with high-flow, 3.5-inch constant-diameter mandrel-bent aluminized steel. Designed to eliminate the bottlenecks found in the stock 2.73-inch tubing, this system provides a 40% greater flow area, reducing boost pressure loss and increasing air density between the turbo, intercooler, and intake. The result is quicker turbo spool-up, lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), and improved engine efficiency for serious performance.

This kit features heavy-duty 4- and 5-ply high-temperature silicone couplers paired with spring-loaded constant tension clamps to ensure a leak-free seal even under high-boost conditions. The powder-coat finish is intentionally omitted at the tube ends to provide a superior grip surface for the couplers, preventing blown boots. This system is compatible with the stock intake elbow or the Banks Monster-Ram Gen 2.
