Heat soak is a primary performance bottleneck for turbocharged EcoBoost engines, especially during towing or spirited driving. The Cobb Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is engineered to maintain lower intake air temperatures by providing a significant increase in core volume and surface area compared to the factory unit. This silver-finish upgrade allows your F-150 to sustain peak power levels longer while protecting engine components from the stresses of high-heat cycles.
