The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is engineered to address the thermal limitations of the factory cooling system. Designed specifically for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco, this intercooler replaces the restrictive stock tube-and-fin unit with a high-efficiency 4.7-inch thick core. Construction features CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges and precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks, providing significantly higher durability against heat, pressure, and trail debris compared to OEM plastic end tanks.

Testing on the 2.3L EcoBoost platform showed a 21.2-degree reduction in outlet temperatures and a 7-percent increase in flow over stock. During trail simulation heat-soak testing, the Mishimoto core maintained outlet temperatures 20 degrees cooler than the factory unit after six back-to-back dyno runs. This kit is designed for a seamless installation, fully retaining all functionality for adaptive cruise control (ACC) and 360-degree camera systems.
