The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is engineered to eliminate heat soak and maximize the power potential of the K20C1 engine. Featuring a core volume 140% larger than the factory unit, this kit provides a significant increase in cooling capacity, supporting builds up to 600 HP. During testing, this intercooler reduced outlet temperatures by as much as 57°F compared to stock, resulting in dyno-proven gains of 10 HP and 9 lb-ft of torque.
This kit includes high-flow aluminum charge pipes designed to optimize airflow in the tight FL5 and DE5 engine bays. The cast aluminum end tanks ensure smooth transitions and durable performance under high boost pressures. Installation is a direct bolt-on process that requires no cutting and maintains compatibility with the factory air ducting for maximum efficiency.
