The HKS Intercooler Piping Kit (MPN: 1302-SN001) is a direct-replacement upgrade designed to eliminate the common failures associated with the factory rubber hoses on the BNR32 Skyline GT-R. Factory rubber hoses are prone to expanding under high boost or cracking over time due to heat cycles, leading to boost leaks and inconsistent engine performance. This HKS kit replaces those soft components with mandrel-bent aluminum piping that maintains its shape under pressure for consistent airflow and improved throttle response.
This kit is engineered to provide a rigid, reliable path for charged air from the turbos to the intercooler and into the intake plenum. It is compatible with both the factory intercooler and HKS intercooler upgrades, making it a versatile choice for both stock and modified RB26DETT setups.
