The Injen SES1128ICP Cold Side Intercooler Charge Pipe is engineered to replace the failure-prone factory plastic units found on BMW N55 engines. Constructed from oversized, mandrel-bent T6-6061 aluminum, this pipe features a stepped 3.00-inch to 2.50-inch design that minimizes restriction and maximizes airflow efficiency. By replacing the brittle OE components, you ensure long-term reliability and improved throttle response under boost.
This performance charge pipe features precision CNC-machined adapter flanges for an OE-style fitment and includes a pre-welded 1/8-inch NPT bung for easy integration of water-methanol injection or additional sensors. The system is finished in a high-luster polished coating and is designed to bolt directly to the factory mounting points and intercooler.
- Manufactured from mandrel-bent, lightweight T6-6061 aluminum
