Sinister Diesel 2003-2010 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit (6.0L)

Fits select 2003-2010 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450/F-550 Super Duty, Excursion, and E-350/E-450 Super Duty (6.0L Powerstroke).

Replace the restrictive, failure-prone factory intercooler plumbing on your 6.0L Powerstroke with the Sinister Diesel Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit. This kit includes both the cold-side pipe (intercooler to intake) and the hot-side pipe (turbo compressor to intercooler), designed to optimize airflow and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) by removing the bottlenecks found in OEM components.

Constructed from 3-inch 6061 aluminum alloy, these pipes feature CNC mandrel bends to maintain a constant diameter and maximize air velocity. The kit is finished in Sinister Blue powdercoat for maximum corrosion resistance and a custom under-hood appearance. To ensure a leak-free seal under high-boost conditions, the pipes are secured with heavy-duty 4-ply silicone boots rated up to 400 psi and stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps.

Note: The hot-side charge pipe included in this kit is not compatible with vehicles equipped with the dual alternator option.
