Sinister Diesel Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit with Intake Elbow for 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350 (6.0L)

Fits 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine.

The Sinister Diesel Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit with Intake Elbow replaces restrictive factory plastic and rubber components with high-flow 3-inch 6061 aluminum tubing. Engineered to increase airflow velocity and reduce turbulence, this kit helps lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and improve throttle response. Each pipe is CNC mandrel-bent for a precise fit and back-purge TIG welded for maximum structural integrity, then finished in a signature polished Sinister Blue powder coat.

This kit includes 4-ply silicone boots rated for pressures up to 400 psi, secured by heavy-duty stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps to prevent boost leaks or boot failure under high load. Please note that the hot-side charge pipe is not compatible with vehicles equipped with dual alternators. This kit carries CARB EO# D-721-5 (pipes) and D-721-6 (elbow) for 2005-2007 model years only.
