The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit replaces the restrictive factory plumbing with high-flow, 6061 aluminum alloy tubing designed to handle increased boost pressures and heat. By utilizing larger 3-inch diameter tubing with CNC mandrel bends, this kit eliminates turbulence and increases airflow velocity between the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake. This improved efficiency helps lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and improves throttle response.
Built for long-term durability, the pipes are masterfully TIG welded and finished in a polished Sinister Blue powdercoat for corrosion resistance. The kit includes heavy-duty 4-ply silicone boots rated for up to 400 psi and stainless steel spring clamps to ensure a reliable seal that won't blow off under load.
