Constructed from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, this one-piece 3.5" pipe eliminates the restrictive OEM clip-ring design in favor of a precision CNC-machined flange with double O-ring seals. This design provides a superior sealing surface at the intercooler outlet, preventing horsepower-robbing boost leaks and the common issue of blown factory boots under high-pressure conditions.
