The Wehrli Custom Fabrication 3-inch High Flow Driver Side Intercooler Pipe (Hot Side) is engineered to optimize airflow and increase reliability on the L5P Duramax platform. This upgrade replaces the restrictive factory two-piece 2.5-inch intercooler pipe with a high-flow, one-piece 3-inch mandrel-bent pipe. By increasing the diameter and smoothing the air path, you reduce turbulence and improve efficiency between the turbocharger and the intercooler.

Built for durability, this kit includes upgraded heavy-duty silicone boots designed to withstand higher boost pressures and operating temperatures than factory components. These boots are secured with stainless steel T-bolt clamps to eliminate the common issue of blown-off factory boots under load. The pipe features a custom Gloss White single-stage powder coating for a professional look and corrosion resistance. This is a direct bolt-on component that requires no ECM tuning or additional modifications.
