The aFe POWER BladeRunner hot and cold side charge pipe kit replaces the restrictive factory plastic and rubber plumbing with mandrel-bent, 6061-T6 aluminum tubing. These pipes are designed to decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss, allowing the turbocharger to work more efficiently while providing more consistent boost pressure and lower operating temperatures. The hot side pipe steps from 2-1/4 inches to 2-1/2 inches, while the cold side features a 2-3/4 inch diameter for maximum airflow.

Built for durability under high-boost conditions, this kit utilizes heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and premium stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps. A CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve adapter ensures a leak-free fit for the factory BOV, and integrated 1/8-inch NPT ports allow for the easy addition of auxiliary sensors or a water-methanol injection system. Each pipe is finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coating for superior heat and corrosion resistance.
