The aFe POWER BladeRunner cold charge pipe replaces the restrictive factory plumbing on your 6.7L Cummins with high-flow, mandrel-bent 3-1/2 inch aluminum tubing. By maintaining a constant diameter and utilizing smooth transitions, this pipe minimizes turbulence and pressure drop for improved turbocharger efficiency and throttle response. Constructed from TIG-welded aluminum and finished in a durable wrinkle black powder coat, it is designed to withstand high boost pressures and engine bay heat far better than original equipment components.
This kit is engineered for a secure, leak-free installation, featuring 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplings and heavy-duty stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. It also includes integrated 1/8 inch NPT ports, providing convenient connection points for auxiliary sensors or water-methanol injection systems.
