The AMS Performance Stock Loc Intercooler is engineered to solve the thermal management issues inherent in the factory EcoBoost cooling system. By significantly increasing core volume and surface area over the stock unit, this intercooler reduces intake air temperatures (IATs) and prevents heat soak during sustained boost, heavy towing, or high-ambient-temperature driving. Its "Stock Loc" design ensures it mounts directly to factory locations, making it a true bolt-on upgrade that maintains the vehicle's structural integrity and airflow path.
