APR Intercooler Kit for Select 2015-2026 Audi & Volkswagen (877.5 in³ Core) IC100019

Fits select 2015-2026 Audi A3, S3, TT and Volkswagen Golf, GTI, Jetta, and Arteon models. This system is a direct bolt-on upgrade designed to replace the factory intercooler in the OEM location, providing a massive increase in cooling surface area and volume without requiring permanent modifications or trimming of the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) system.

The APR Intercooler System utilizes a high-efficiency bar-and-plate core with staggered and louvered fins to dramatically reduce intake air temperatures (IAT) and combat power-robbing heat soak. By optimizing airflow with organically shaped cast aluminum end tanks, this kit maintains low pressure drop while supporting power levels exceeding 500 HP. Testing has shown gains of up to 21 horsepower over the factory cooling system by providing a more consistent, denser air charge to the engine.
