The APR Intercooler System (IC100024) is a massive front-mounted upgrade engineered to replace the factory unit on the 2.5 TFSI EVO engine. Designed for 2017-2026 Audi RS3 models, this system dramatically reduces intake air temperatures (IAT) and minimizes power-robbing heat soak. This direct bolt-on kit is a plug-and-play design that requires no trimming or drilling, making it an essential upgrade for any performance stage.
Built with a high-efficiency bar-and-plate core featuring staggered and louvered fins, the APR unit offers a significant increase in cooling capacity over the stock heat exchanger. The core is capped with smooth, organically shaped cast aluminum end tanks to promote even airflow and minimize turbulence. Each unit is pressure tested to ensure zero boost leaks, maintaining maximum charge pressure for high-horsepower builds.
