The CSF 7105 Heavy Duty Charge-Air-Cooler (CAC) is engineered to solve the reliability issues common in factory intercoolers under extreme boost. Built with a robust bar and plate core and cast aluminum end tanks, this unit replaces the failure-prone OE cooler with a high-efficiency alternative designed for heavy towing and performance applications.
Each unit features CSF’s proprietary Thermal Rejection Powder-Coating, which improves heat dissipation by up to 15% compared to uncoated surfaces. The high-density internal and external fin design maximizes surface area for superior cooling efficiency.
