The CSF 8233B "Level-Up" Charge-Air-Cooler Manifold is a high-performance cooling solution for the S58 platform, developed in partnership with PWR and Studio RSR. While the OEM intercooler features plastic end tanks crimped to a core that often fails at boost levels as low as 27 psi, this manifold is engineered for extreme performance. It features a Formula 1-grade liquid-to-air bar and plate core by PWR, pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure reliability in professional motorsports applications.

Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum and finished in a Thermal Dispersion Black powder-coat, this manifold provides superior heat dissipation and structural integrity. The design includes integrated ports for fuel injection and nitrous, providing a comprehensive solution for high-horsepower builds.
