The CSF 8047 High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered for custom high-boost applications requiring superior thermal management. Rated for 850 WHP, this 22" x 12" x 3.5" horizontal-flow core provides a robust foundation for custom intercooler fabrication. Each core is hand-built in a clean-room environment using precise jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly square assembly, providing a clean surface for easy end-tank welding.
Constructed using a heavy-duty bar and plate design, the CSF 8047 features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin arrangement on both the ambient and pressure sides to maximize heat transfer. To ensure reliability under extreme boost, every core is batch-brazed in a state-of-the-art digital vacuum oven and individually pressure tested to 120 psi.
