Designed for elite-level builds, this CSF High Performance Bar & Plate Intercooler Core is engineered to support extreme boost applications. This vertical flow core is rated for 2000+ WHP, providing the thermal efficiency required for high-output VR38DETT builds. Each core is hand-built in a clean room environment using specific jigs and fixtures to ensure perfect alignment for future end-tank welding. To guarantee reliability under pressure, every unit is batch brazed in CSF's digital vacuum ovens and individually pressure tested to 120psi.
