Engineered for professional builders and high-output custom cooling systems, the CSF 8085 is a heavy-duty Water-to-Air (Air-to-Water) intercooler core rated for applications up to 1500 WHP. This core is manufactured using a robust bar and plate design, specifically chosen for its durability and heat soak resistance in extreme boost environments.
- Precision Construction: Hand-built in a clean room using specialized jigs and fixtures to ensure a perfectly straight core, providing a clean, contamination-free surface for custom end-tank welding.
- Advanced Heat Transfer: Features a multi-louvered, high-precision staggered fin design on both the ambient and pressure sides to maximize thermal efficiency.
- Vacuum Brazing: Components are batch-brazed in digital vacuum ovens for superior structural integrity and uniform heat distribution.
- Reliability Tested: Each core is individually pressure tested to 120 psi to ensure leak-free performance under high-pressure induction.
