This core utilizes robust Bar and Plate construction, allowing it to withstand high boost pressures while providing a significant thermal sink for compressed intake air.
To maximize heat dissipation, the ambient path features a unique louvered fin design that increases the core's effective surface area. Internally, the charge path uses an offset fin configuration designed to create the necessary turbulence for heat transfer while ensuring minimal pressure drop.
