These springs are designed to perform reliably across recreational and commercial applications, providing a stable platform regardless of terrain or cargo weight.
Constructed with durability in mind, each spring undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process including shot peening to reduce internal stress and a full scragging process to prevent future sagging. The design features a military wrap for added safety and draw-tapered, diamond-cut leaves to ensure optimal stress distribution across the entire spring pack.
- Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads reduce friction and wear at the leaf tips
- Flat axle seat area provides a positive, secure axle mount while reducing spring stress
- Bolted leaf clamps allow for the installation of anti-squeak nylon liners
