The Carli Suspension L18 Full Progressive Leaf Spring Pack is engineered to transform the rear ride quality of the Ford Super Duty platform. By replacing the stiff factory leaf pack with a multi-leaf progressive design, this system eliminates the harsh feedback and "kick" typically associated with heavy-duty trucks. This pack provides approximately 1 inch of lift, leveling the stance while significantly improving suspension travel and compliance.
Built to handle both daily driving and off-road terrain, the progressive rate ensures that the initial stroke is supple enough to soak up small chatter, while the deeper layers provide the necessary support for larger impacts. This is a direct-replacement performance upgrade for the OE rear springs on 4WD models, designed to work in harmony with Carli tuning for a balanced, controlled ride.
