Carli Suspension collaborated with Deaver Spring Inc. to engineer this full progressive leaf spring pack, specifically designed for 2017-2026 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with 4.5-inch to 5.5-inch suspension systems. Unlike factory leaf stacks that rely on thick, rigid leaves and lift blocks, this kit replaces the entire factory assembly to eliminate the block and provide a significantly more predictable, supple ride. The progressive rate design allows the suspension to track better over small chatter while maintaining the stability needed for heavier cycles.

• Performance Stance: Provides 3 inches of lift at the spring, resulting in a 1-inch rear-high stance when paired with Carli 4.5-inch or 5.5-inch systems.
• Block Elimination: Replaces factory lift blocks to reduce axle wrap and improve geometry.
• Tire Clearance: Engineered to provide sufficient clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
• Load Capacity: Maintains "light" 3/4-ton cargo/tow capacity; long-travel airbags are recommended to restore full payload capacity.
