Engineered in collaboration with Deaver Spring Inc., this Carli Suspension progressive leaf spring pack is specifically tuned to improve the ride quality and articulation of your Super Duty. By replacing the stiff factory main leaf and overload springs with a multi-leaf progressive design, this kit eliminates the harsh rebound characteristics often felt when the bed is empty. This system produces approximately 1 inch of lift and is designed to eliminate the factory rear blocks for a more stable and predictable suspension feel, especially when paired with Carli 2.5-inch or 4.5-inch suspension systems.
