Carli two-stage progressive rate leaf springs deliver a precise balance between heavy-duty cargo capacity and refined ride quality. These full-length leaf packs are custom-built by Deaver Spring to Carli’s specific tolerances, replacing the stiff factory leaf stack to soften the initial spring rate. This design significantly improves small-bump compliance while maintaining a slight rear-high stance when paired with Carli 3-inch front suspension systems.

Engineered for performance, these springs are capable of up to 15 inches of suspension travel when utilized with the factory shackle. The increased leaf count and thinner material help minimize axle wrap and wheel hop, providing more consistent traction. Note that installing this kit reduces the rear payload capacity to a "light" 3/4-ton rating to achieve the improved ride characteristics.
