Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to improve off-road handling while maintaining comfortable street manners. Manufactured from American steel, the TCR620S features a 2-inch lift height and utilizes Softride technology to ensure proper suspension geometry and increased wheel travel.
The design incorporates leaf tapering throughout the entire length of the spring to distribute loads evenly and reduce friction at the spring ends, resulting in a smoother ride and increased flex. To further enhance durability, each spring undergoes a shot-peening process to increase tensile strength and prevent fatigue. Integrated Teflon wear pads between the leaves eliminate friction and noise during operation.
