Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide the lift you want without the harsh ride often associated with heavy-duty suspension. These progressive multileaf packs are constructed from high-quality American steel and undergo a specialized shot-peening process. During this process, hard steel pellets are fired at the metal at high velocities to compress the surface, significantly increasing the tensile strength and fatigue life of the spring.

Unlike standard designs that use tight "C" style bend clips which cause binding and friction, Skyjacker Softride springs utilize bolt-style spring clips to allow for smoother movement. Each leaf is tapered over its entire length to distribute loads more evenly and provide maximum flex at the leaf ends, preventing individual leaves from digging into those above them for better articulation and ride quality.
