By using American steel and a progressive multi-leaf design, these springs maintain or exceed the factory load capacity while improving off-road flex and on-road comfort.

Each leaf undergoes a specialized shot-peening process, where hard steel pellets are fired at high velocities to compress the steel surface. This technical treatment increases the tensile strength of the metal, allowing for maximum wheel travel and a longer service life without sagging. Unlike standard springs that use restrictive cinch-style clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to eliminate binding and friction during compression. The leafs are tapered over their entire length to distribute weight more evenly and prevent individual leafs from digging into the pack.
