Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are engineered to provide a 6-inch lift without the harsh, stiff ride common in heavy-duty suspension upgrades. These progressive multileaf packs are constructed from high-grade American steel and utilize a tapered design over the entire length of the leaf. This tapering allows for more flex at the leaf ends and distributes loads more evenly across a greater surface area, preventing leaves from digging into each other and causing premature wear.

To ensure maximum durability and wheel travel, every leaf undergoes a shot-peening process where hard steel pellets are fired at high velocities to compress the steel surface, significantly increasing its tensile strength. Skyjacker also uses bolt-style spring clips to secure the pack; unlike traditional bend clips that can bind and cause friction, these bolt-style clips allow for smoother movement and better articulation. The result is a lift spring that maintains or exceeds OE load capacity while improving off-road performance and street comfort.
