Constructed from high-grade American steel, each leaf undergoes a high-velocity shot-peening process using hard steel pellets. This treatment compresses the steel's surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and extending the service life of the component. To ensure smooth engagement and a factory-like ride, these leaves feature long tapered ends that create a progressive spring rate. Each leaf is pre-drilled for the center pin to ensure precise alignment during installation.
