The Skyjacker Softride Sport Series rear leaf spring (JC75RSB) is engineered to provide a significant 7.5-inch lift while maintaining the flex and ride quality required for technical off-roading. Constructed from high-grade American steel, these progressive multi-leaf packs are designed to handle the increased stresses of lifted suspension geometry without sacrificing durability.
To ensure maximum service life and performance, every leaf undergoes a rigorous shot-peening process. By bombarding the steel with high-velocity pellets, the surface is compressed to increase tensile strength and fatigue resistance. These springs feature tapered ends to distribute weight evenly across the leaf pack and bolt-style spring clips to eliminate the binding and friction common in standard bend-clip designs. This combination results in a smoother arch movement and greater wheel travel.
