Skyjacker Softride leaf springs (MPN: C280S) are engineered to improve suspension articulation and ride quality without sacrificing the durability required for heavy-duty use. These progressive multileaf packs are manufactured from high-grade American steel and designed to meet or exceed factory load capacities. To ensure longevity under high-stress conditions, each leaf is shot-peened with high-velocity steel pellets to compress the surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and resistance to fatigue.

Technical performance is further enhanced by tapering the leaves over their entire length, which allows for greater flex at the leaf ends and more even load distribution. To eliminate the binding and friction common with traditional "C" style bend clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips.
