The Skyjacker Softride Leaf Spring (J20FS) is engineered to provide a smooth, compliant ride without sacrificing the durability required for off-road performance. These springs are constructed as progressive multi-leaf packs using high-quality American steel, specifically designed to increase wheel travel while maintaining a comfortable feel on the road.
- Shot-Peened for Strength: Individual leaves are shot-peened with high-velocity steel pellets to compress the surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and extending the fatigue life of the spring.
- Tapered Leaf Design: Each leaf features a taper over its entire length, creating additional flex at the ends and distributing loads more evenly to prevent leaves from digging into one another.
- Reduced Friction: Skyjacker uses bolt-style spring clips to eliminate the binding and friction commonly caused by standard C-style bend clips.
- OE Performance: Designed with a load capacity equal to or greater than original equipment specifications.
- Construction: Progressive multi-leaf pack made with American steel.
